Good, we now have something, although need minor improvements(mentioned)

Product is good. I really appreciate that now we at least have something in market for samosa, as we Indians don't do kitchen innovation and don't support kitchen innovations.... However, it needs minor improvements like - 1) Bigger samosa shape (its small samosa size, generally samosas comes in bigger size)

2) Different samosa quantity type, may be 3 type- 6,15, 25 qty whatever.

3) stainless steel board (even if its food safe, many still avoid risk and prefer steel).

2 More improvements for good customer experience and selling usp-

1. Make 2 way plate (Open-Close type) plate match with all cavities (like gujiya maker). This will increase usability and functional experience.

2. Different shapes to look good on a platter, or to attract kids.

Not practical – messy cutting and very small filling space

I bought this samosa maker expecting it to make the process easier, but it did not work as expected. The biggest issue is the filling capacity. You can only put a very small portion of filling, otherwise it won’t close properly. That makes it impractical for normal samosas.

Also, it does not cut the dough cleanly. It often comes out messy and uneven, and the edges don’t seal properly. Because of this, the samosas lose shape while frying and require extra manual fixing.

Instead of saving time, it actually makes the process more frustrating and slower. For beginners it may look useful, but in real use it is not very efficient.

Overall, the build idea is good, but the design and usability need improvement. Not recommended if you want neat and properly shaped samosas quickly.
